bzr operations on that branch seem to work now, though they definitely
didn't yesterday.

It now seems to be giving '301 moved permanently'.  This is fine for the
html and wiki content and file downloads, but I think it's a very bad
idea for the bzr branches.  It will double the number of http roundtrips
and we do far too many already.  Could you please make sure that the
branches are just treated as aliases, not redirects?
