[win32] SFTP tests on win32

I'm installing paramiko 1.5.3 for testing. And results was too bad:
almost all SFTP tests raise error. Typical error looks like:

bzr: ERROR: Parent directory of 
sftp://foo:bar@localhost:1417/%3A%5Cwork%5CPython%5Cbzr%5Cbzr.dev-test%5Ctest0000.tmp%5Cblackbox.test_too_much.SFTPTestsRelative.test_push%5Cmy-branch/output-branch 
does not exist.

Do I need some additional utility to make this test work on Windows? Or 
this test is windows-incompatible?
