migrating grom baz

Hi all,

I have few archives under tla/baz and I'd like to move them to the bzr
format. The bzrtools plugins contain the baz-import command, but I
can't get it to work. I always get the error

bzr: ERROR: <to_dir> is not the location of a previous import.

An import plugin which needs a previous import does not sound that
useful to me :)
What do I do wrong?

The versions of software involved are baz 1.4.2, bzr 0.7, pybaz
1.5pre1-2 and bzrtools 0.7-2, all from Debian etch.
