[MERGE] Move new blackbox tests of selftest to the blackbox test suite

Hi, two new tests were added to tests/test_selftest which are testing
the blackbox facilities. I've moved them to
tests/blackbox/test_selftest. The reason to move them at all is that
they fail if they are run without a root bzr tree, which they dont have
where they are now, they can either be split into a new
TestCaseWithTransport subclass in tests/test_selftest, or moved to where
I have put them, which I think is a more appropriate place anyway.
