[MERGE] Rename BZREMAIL to BZR_EMAIL

Hi,

I've already posted this a while ago, but bzr uses BZR_something for
all variables but one, BZREMAIL. This variable is renamed to BZR_EMAIL
in the branch

I think I had a +1 from jam.
