Announce: Bazaar Inspect

Hi all,

bzr check was giving me some very surprising statistics, so I've whipped
up a TurboGears web app called Bazaar Inspect, which lets you explore a
repository.

It lists file-ids present in the repo, and versions of them.  In
particular, it lists repeated file texts.  It also lets you diff file
versions against their leftmost ancestor.

There's some overlap with the webserve plugin, but I think they're
different enough to coexist.
