extmerge plugin?

Hi all,

One of my plugins (bzrtools I think) is bitching about me not
having the extmerge plugin. However, 

    bzr branch http://erik.bagfors.nu/bzr-plugins/extmerge

times out with a "Couldn't connect to host".

Is there another place I can pick up this plugin?
