Thanks for pointing this out. Usually we do pretty good about that. But
certainly we should have done that here.

Or at least, *I* do that. I'm not sure if Robert doesn't do it on
principle. Some people view Changelogs as immutable, so you can only
append new information to it. I think it is better to make any given
released version immutable, but the current version should be concise
and easy to read.
