I think that looks really good.  When I said 'up the top' I just meant
before the diff, as this is.

I have another idea, if you want it, which would be to make the urls
with sequential ids (which maybe you already have in the database),
rather than message ids, so they're more wieldy when people quote them
on irc.  Of course you could still support message ids too.
