[MERGE][Bug #113990] update command does not print summary of changes made (like the pull command does)

Hi,

This is a patch so that 'bzr update' reports a summary of changes (a la
'pull' and 'status') upon completion.

It does this by passing a delta._ChangeReporter from builtins.py to
where the actual work is done.  I've modelled this on the way it is done
in 'pull', but I don't know if that's the best/right way to do it in
this case, some guidance would be appreciated.
