This brings up a small point that Robert and I discussed a bit on IRC.

Why is it "bzr init --knitpack-experimental" (--packknit?). Rather than just
being "--format=pack1-experimental". I think we both prefer "pack1".

Considering the disk string is "pack ... format 1", I think in the future
having the flag be "bzr init --pack1" would be better.

I think it amounts to a 2-line code change, and maybe updating some docs. (One
for pack1 and one for pack1-subtree.)
