Show, display or print - consistency in help

Hi,

At the moment, we use "display", "print" and "show" in the help. I'd
like to standardise on one of these.

"Display" concerns me because it sounds tied to a monitor, whereas the
output can be piped elsewhere.

"Print" seems a little anachronistic to me.

I prefer "show", because it's short and, I think, works well no matter
where the output is piped.

Does anyone else have a preference?
