[MERGE] Bzr doesn't traceback reverting a file in a deleted directory [was: bzr crash while trying to revert]

I would like the tests to check that 'dir' is reverted with the same 
file_id as it had before it was removed.
Also, I wonder if we shouldn't create 2 files in that directory, and 
make sure that "bzr revert dir/file" doesn't restore "dir/file2".

Otherwise, it looks good.

Is there an associated bug number for this?
