[MERGE] Documentation for integration with bzr

Just to throw my 2 cents in here.

I wrote this document originally because I couldn't find any docs for
ide integration whilst I was working on a plugin for Textmate, and
edited it as I went along - thankfully with many corrections and
additions from people who actually knew what they were doing. I've no
history of development for bzr, and wouldn't have known how to go
about submitting a proper document. Hence without having the wiki
option this probably wouldn't have happened, I also think its useful
that other ide developers, who will probably not have a great deal of
bzr involvement, can still add information which they found useful
whilst working on their various ide plugins.
