Thank you very much for this balanced, detailed, and comprehensive
report.

My employer went through a similar process last year (with a similar
conclusion to yours), and others are doing the same, I expect. Reports
like this are invaluable both to those making similar evaluations and
to the Bazaar project trying to fix shortcomings.
