use bazaar to log changes (especially file removals) in a directory recursively

It's a missing feature; it'll show up sooner or later.

Actually, I'm pretty sure most other modern VCSen support it.  mtn and
hg I have around and just tested, AFAIK git does...  I think even svn
does.
