Uploading bzr-1.5rc1 to the launchpad ppa

It looks like these packages suffer from the same problem as the
1.4rc1 packages: as far as dpkg is concerned, 1.5rc1 is greater than
1.5.  I guess the 1.5 final packages will need to be 1.5.0 too.
