[bzr-svn] Checkout over https fails (bug 185574?)

I think this is a different bug - the errors returned by the http
 transport in Subversion are very generic so look a lot alike.

I can't reproduce this error, as long as I approve the self-signed
certificate first. Can you still reproduce this with a current version
of bzr-svn?
