[MERGE] * ``make dist`` now includes a number of plugins

This adds a bunch of plugins to the tarballs make by 'make dist'.

I've checked and the plugins are included by 'setup.py install'.

However, their individual setup.py's are not invoked; This should only
matter for rare plugins like bzr-svn and bzr-dbus. I'm not sure of the
best way to tackle this; I am done with this branch for now - I hope
someone will pop up and make the setup.py's of nested projects get
run :)
