Don't build Apache or the rest. pysvn is no longer required ; the C
extensions provided in the bzr-svn are intended to be at least enough of
a Python/SVN binding for the purposes of bzr-svn.
1.5 is not an option for me ATM because SVN 1.5 clients irreversibly
convert 1.4.x WC folders to 1.5 format, so I'm using the Windows
developers archive for 1.4.6
