Thanks Martin, it will be good to trial this approach.

We should be sure to notice when [MERGE] should be removed from
the subject to open things up for discussion.

It seems like we may want to make suggestions about this interface
to the mailman developers if it doesn't help subscribers to easily get
what they want.
Would it be worth adding something to the list description about this
so that people signing up can know that they can turn off the code
reviews?
