Actually if it is a major release then perhaps 0.4.11 -> 1.0.0 !

Do not underestimate the power of the leading 1.  Seriously.

I also want to point out to everyone that bzr-svn now really rocks --
Jelmer et al. deserve pats on the back.  I have been using the 0.4
development branch with bzr.dev for a while now and whilst there are a
few issues with (lack of) caching in some (dark corner) situations,
Bazaar is now the preferred client for interacting with Subversion
stores -- no more Subversion checkouts, and no need for Git  :-)
