bzr-p4: Perforce foreign branches for Bazaar

Hi,
I am very interested in following this development. Please let me know if there is README or USAGE document. Could this be used as a continuous updating from p4-bzr-p4 or is it a only time p4-bzr tool. I have used git-p4 but not used it to submit changes back to p4 as we use a template for p4 submission.
