There is a small artifact on the 64x64, in that the edge of the icon is
'cut off'. I don't know that it specifically matters, and I'm fine with
it being better than what we have.

I just thought I would point it out, because depending on how you look
at it, you may not see it. (I see it because my viewer has a minimum
width, if it was right against the edge of a window, I don't think it is
really visible.
