CVS to Bazaar using cvsps-import

Well, whatever it is you want to do with bzr   :)

The conversion will leave a repository in output/bzr/<module_name>/
containing the branches and tags from CVS.  branches/HEAD contains the
CVS trunk, etc.  I tend to branch out of there to my working dir to
move forward, either discarding the cvsps-created repo after getting
what I want [for a one-time conversion], or keeping it around for
updates [for an ongoing conversion].
