"Unable to ask for a password without a real terminal"

Hello,

I am trying to get co-workers to use, and like, bazaar.

I have a repository on a remote Linux system that is functional. The server runs
sshd of course. I can checkout/commit fine from other Linux systems.

The next plateau is getting Windows users happy. I have installed using the
Windows standalone installer on 2 systems (both XP SP3). Both work fine with
raw WinSCP and putty connections. I have tried version 1.8 and 1.9 of bzr. I have
re-installed. But remote access using the Tortoise shell to the same Linux
server fails consistently with this error:

 Connected (version 1.99 OpenSSH_3.9p1)
bzr: ERROR: Unable to ask for a password without a real terminal

This happens no matter how I install, configure things, etc. Am I missing a
component? A config setting somewhere? Surely, this should work. Help!

Thanks.
