Thanks James. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I am
using bazaar somewhat differently from what it was intended to do.
I guess it is built around the notion of seperate "projects". But I am
using it to version miscellaneous, scattered files on my directory
tree. So I tend to add and commit each time I think of a file I ought
to version. Thus adding a file tends to be not such a rare operation
for me.
But, that's just my atypical usage I guess!
