Why Bazaar is not used in many project hosting sites?

Ah okay. We presently run a mixture of mod_proxy and mod_wsgi on our
application servers for the main Fedora applications. But fedorahosted
is all apache (keep it simple with less daemons). So we/I just have to
get some time to get make loggerhead with mod_wsgi work.

This was my impression too. I've been confused by the difference in the
