Bazaar PPA and GPG keys

Martin,

OK found them on https://launchpad.net/+help/soyuz/ppa-sources-list.html

Though the overall instructions are Synaptic oriented whereas some of us
still persevere with Aptitude so that all the unreferenced packages get
removed automatically.

The moral of the story is that Winder should RTFM :-)
