[win32] bzr ignore patterns with path separators?

Yes and thank you bzr devs!  Dry-run options are so incredibly useful.
(Likewise, the auto-generated help for bzr was one of the best things you
guys ever did.  It makes it so easy to find cool stuff.)

I use 'bzr add --dry-run' often and plan to beg for it in qbzr and gtk-bzr
as Bazaar Explorer matures.  :)
