Don't create symlinks in bzr.dev, please!

Gee guys, I never knew you cared.  Perhaps it was stupid of me to put
those symlinks there.  The only remaining one is there so that the web
UI can be run from the source tree, and I don't think anyone uses that
web UI anyhow.  I no longer hack on BE (conflict of interest), but
perhaps the current BE hackers would just remove it.
