Mmm, I was a bit "afraid" as I had no idea how to do this...
But I admit it is dead simple and well explained in the site, leading
quickly to the http://bazaar-vcs.org/BzrGivingBack page.
Might I suggest to improve the page by explaining how to get only the
tip of bzr.dev? People with limited disk space (like me) or slow
connection might want to reduce the downloaded data and anyway are
probably not interested by the full history of the software, to do a
quick fix.
I found out how to do this on some Internet page (and as I type, I just
forgot the procedure...) but it might be better to document this
explicitly there.
Note: the above page have a strange last paragraph ("Docutils System
Messages"...).
Note also the ~/ notation is quite Unix-specific, it might trip pure
Windows users...

Using saved parent location "http://bazaar-vcs.org/bzr/bzr.dev/" to
determine what changes to submit.
Bundling 1 revision(s).
bzr: ERROR: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: u'~/DocChanges.patch'
while bzr send -o DocoChanges.patch works well, of course.
