While dpush might not push tags at the moment in bzr-svn, its
intention is to eventually do this so this will likely change in the
future. E.g. dpush to a git repository will already push tags.

One of the things that you could is just avoid the use of tags in bzr
altogether and just treat the tags in subversion as if they were
branches.

To do this, you can set the custom branches / tags options in
~/.bazaar/subversion.conf. See "bzr help svn-layout" for details.
