If the Bazaar team develops a reputation for delivering these releases
on time (and I see no reason why they shouldn't) then Ubuntu would treat
Bazaar more like GNOME - the final release could be just about at Ubuntu
beta time, no need for it to be at upstream freeze time.

Would there be a larger cycle (meta-cycle) like the LTS 2-year cycle,
and if so what would that mean?
