Good question. This bit of the structure is imposed by Sphinx so I'm not
sure how easy/possible it is to change it. I suspect we want to replace
the English text in there with variables of some kind and use gettext()
and po files behind the scenes to set those variables.
I'm yet to experiment with variables and substitutions in Sphinx.
Perhaps someone more familiar with it could offer some advice and/or try
something like above and let us know what they find.
