Any plans/needs to extend the fast-import format?

Ah. Good point. I'm sold.
So are we all agreed on the feature command, it's syntax and semantics?
If so, the next challenge is to begin defining the new features we want.
For each, we need:
1. a sanctioned name
2. a matching syntax extension, if applicable.
FWIW, I'm not sold about the value of options in the import stream. But
if you are going to support those, please make the tool field mandatory.
