Bug in 1.18 package in Ubuntu Karmic?

Hello guys,

I'm running bzr/bzrtools on the current Karmic alpha. The version of
both is supposedly 1.18, but when I ran a 'bzr cdiff' command just a
moment ago I got an error message:

Installed Bazaar version 1.18 is too old to be used with plugin
  "Bzrtools" 2.0.0.

'aptitude show bzrtools' gives the following info:

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Package: bzrtools
New: yes
State: installed
Automatically installed: yes
Version: 1.18.0-0ubuntu1
Priority: optional
Section: devel
Maintainer: Ubuntu Developers <ubuntu-devel-discuss at lists.ubuntu.com>
Uncompressed Size: 426k
Depends: python (>= 2.4), python-central (>= 0.6.11), bzr (>= 1.18~),
bzr (< 1.19~), patch
----------------------------------------------------------------------

... so either someone among the Ubuntu devs has packaged a wrong version
of bzr and just _called_ it 1.18, or there's a bug in 1.18. :-(

Best wishes,
