bzr 2.0rc2 source frozen

I'm very happy to say that the bzr 2.0rc2 source is now frozen
<https://launchpad.net/bzr/2.0/2.0rc2>.  We'd really like people to
focus on testing this (including documentation and the overall
installer experience), checking and updating plugins against it, and
building platform packages.

There's a separate branch (see other mail) for 2.0final, which I plan
to do one week from today.
