I've put together an updated version with:

* Get Going in the middle section
* header and footer links tweaked and filled in with some initial URLs
* the suggested tag line moved to the first heading.

Most of the links in the middle are still missing but this is looking
pretty nice IMO. See lp:~ian-clatworthy/+junk/dancingmonkeys for the
source and http://people.canonical.com/~ianc/dancingmonkeys/ for the
"live" result.

PS: I'd prefer the green road-sign for the download icon but I don't
mind either way.
