As best I can tell, there's no mac packaging project, just an
*uninstaller*. I wonder how much of the buildout stuff would be
applicable to building an OS X bundle?

More broadly, I wonder whether bzr-windows-installer ought to become
bzr-installers and cover both Mac and Windows? If we find a bug in a
popular plugin that means we need x.y.z+1 instead of x.y.z packaged on
Windows (as John found a few hours ago), it seems that information would
often matter to developers packaging for other platforms.
