QBzr 0.14.2 tagged

Hi all,

I've just tagged 0.14.2 release in 0.14 trunk and merged it to trunk.
We have 2 critical bugs fixed, thanks to Gary and John.

This release is required for building proper 2.0 windows installer.

I'm not create tar.gz and separate installer yet mostly because Gary is offline for next few days
and without him I can't update PPA and file a request to update the package in Karmic. If somebody
else can help here -- please do.
