bzr 2.0.0 final code frozen!

We were scheduled to announce 2.0.0 today, and there seem to be two
issues:  I spoke to John:

 * windows builds are running at the moment, from 2.0.0, with bzr-svn 1.0
 * don't know about the state of mac installers
 * there's a question whether the correct CHM files have been built
and included - we should see whether this can be done as part of the
web site - John or Ian can check

I just checked the PPA and it does have 2.0.0 in the beta ppa, with
bzrtools just waiting to build.  They should be copied across to the
main PPA if they're working ok.

EmmaJane seems to have gone silent on the Web site.

At this point I think we should announce it today or tomorrow, with at
least the Windows installers, and not blocking on anything else.
