I've update the website branch this afternoon so that:

* the executive summary is based on the one in my earlier draft
* a news items re 2.0.0 (based on Robert's email) is included
* all links go somewhere sensible.

It could still do with nicer buttons, a better tour and a better
organised downloads page (see separate email). Those aren't blockers
though IMO. It's certainly a big step forward compared to our current
home page I think!

My understanding is that Emma is working on a better carousel, nicer
searching and some second level pages. We can link those in as they
become available. In the meantime, if this looks acceptable, the hold-up
IIUIC is getting it deployed into the right place, setting up the
redirects, etc.
