+1, I think it looks kind of strange and I've never seen such a thing
on any other page.

The icons look great.

There are some remaining issues: the navigation bar hover area is
larger than the clickable area, and the "Get *" headings should be
clickable or unified with the buttons - but that can be fixed later.

I'd be happy to deploy this as is, or happier if the white top bar was
gone.  I will chase up IS about the configuration changes.
