Bazaar ver 2.0.0 for OS X Leopard

Just wondering why the OS X download pages have ver 1.17 for OS X
Leopard (10.5), where as 2.0.0 is available for OS X Snow Leopard (10.6)
and OS X Tiger (10.4).

Is there a problem to release for Leopard ??
It's the only OS X release that is out of date.
