I understand that this may be cultural thing, because in the US this can
be seen in frequent use. But I'm not sure that is true elsewhere unless
we talk about marketting.

I'd understand the decisiosn if the page were hosted at Canonical (i.e.
corporation), but the current profile is unclear: like sitting on two
stools. Although Bazaar is a Canonical Pproject, it is on the other hand
also a GNU project. These two have quite a different approach.

GNU - Here is the tool; use it, it's free.
    Canonical - Embrace the Humanity, We/Our/Join ...

Peopele coming from FOSS aren't used to Corporate speech and the choice
of we/our/their/others does not necessarily ring correct bells. There
are of course different kind of people visiting the bazaar-vcs.org:

- New users
- Corporations
- Possible switchers that have background from VCSs

Who is the primary target group? If we look at the VCS scene right now,
90% is occupied by the existing (D)VCS users. They are the likely
switchers. It would appear, from the limited amount of blogs I've read
over the years, that most of the FOSS users don't find the "personal"
and -- how would I call it -- "proudness" aproach necessarily appealing.
This might be due to users being technically competent enough to
consider such an approach distracting, where they would only want facts.

Most of the users are not joining "we", they are just looking for a
tool.

This is clear. It's a "service". But Bzr is a tool, a program. It makes
things possible, but it's up to the user how they use it. Not
necessarily "Your team", "Our recommendations", but "here is how you can
use it" and "Best practices that have been found efficient in the field"

Indeed. But the presentation is a delicate art.

What did you think about this proposal?

Unique. Bazaar has several features that most other tools do
not. These include proper rename tracking, transparent foreign
branches and direct Launchpad integration. See below for
        details.

And others?
