Thanks for those. I've made some grammar and link tweaks but more are
needed. doc.bazaar-vcs.org has 3 "logical" sections under it now:

* latest - the current stable release
* test - the release under test
* development - the release under development

Right now, all of them point to 2.0.0 because we don't has Sphinx
generation automated. That will change as soon as we do. Even so, all
doc links should be in terms of latest/test/development, not explicit
branches.

Can you please make sure that all the links you're added reference
documentation under http://doc.bazaar-vcs.org/latest/, not
http://doc.bazaar-vcs.org/bzr.dev/. We should also be referencing the
official documentation site, not the Documentation page on the Wiki.

Note that the link changes are *not* a simple substitution - the stuff
under 'latest' is organised into topics so you'll need to check that
each URL works.
