I'm must admit I'm confused by Bazaar's behavior here. I should use
bzr+ssh:// because that uses the smart server, and lp: defaults to
that for me. But then there are instances when sftp:// is better?
How do I know when to use which one? Can you point me at the source
somewhere where I can patch this and make this work for bzr+ssh://
transports?
I'm not trying to be critical here, but it's frustrating from a user
standpoint (but at least I'm willing to help fix it!).
