bzr-svn and subversion revisions

"bzr push" will report this svn revision number. If we wanted to
show it in log we would need separate storage somewhere that could
remember the last Subversion revision number that matches a particular
Bazaar revision. Bazaar revisions are immutable so we can't add data
to them after they were created.
