New behaviour, not sure from where

Jelmer,

I unbound the mirror so as to be able to push the changes from the
feature branch so as to delete it.  I cannot then push from the mirror
to the Subversion repository due to the error message.

This means that the Subversion repository is now not up to date.

I really do not see why I get the error message as the changes are
simply appends to the Subversion repository.
